Zoo Gift Cards
The Zoo offers gift cards for purchase at the Zoo or by phone.
Buying Gift Cards
At the Zoo, visitors may purchase gift cards from the gift shops. To order gift cards by phone, please call 336-879-7267.
Gift cards can be purchased for any dollar amount and expire five years from date of purchase. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and debit cards are accepted. Onsite payments may be with checks with valid photo identification and/or cash.
Four gift card designs are available- a polar bear, lion, elephant, or zebra.
Where Can I Use My Gift Card?
Gift cards can be used at the entrance gates for Zoo admission. Gift cards may also be used at the Junction Plaza ticket booth for Carousel, 4-D Theater, Acacia Station Giraffe Deck and the Dinosaurs exhibit. The card is also accepted at the following locations: Earth Explorer, Kids' Junction, Leopard Spot and Safari Gift Shop. Locations accepting the gift cards display "North Carolina Zoo Gift Cards Accepted Here" signs in the store windows. Find locations on Park Map.
