Wild Animal Science Camps

Wild Animal Science Camps provide fun, educational opportunities for young, budding scientists! Hands-on activities mimic the fieldwork conservation scientists conduct in the wild and offer a unique chance to meet Zoo scientists making a difference for wildlife.

Veterinary Science Camps

These one-of-a-kind veterinary camps bring young people to the Zoo to explore a future career in veterinary medicine. Campers practice basic veterinary procedures—giving physical exams, administering CPR, trying sutures, and more—and explore some of the specialized skills veterinarians use to care for non-domestic animals. Most sessions are taught in the Zoo’s veterinary center.
